You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded. We reserve the right, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, to extend or suspend this period as a gesture of goodwill (see current Satisfaction Guarantee).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paul & Lori GmbH, Bussardstr. 16, 71032 Böblingen, Germany, email: hallo@paulandlori.com, phone: 0711 – 121 905 89) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you notify us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
