We offer users products for purchase through our online shop at www.paulundlori.de. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of our website as well as to all orders placed through our website.
The presentation of products on the website may, due to the technical possibilities of displaying products, differ from the actual product within the scope of what is reasonable.
The contents of the play boxes may also change during the term of a subscription within the scope of what is reasonable. If individual products can no longer be supplied due to adjustments to the product range by our suppliers, we will replace them with an alternative product.
The age recommendations stated on individual products may differ from the age recommendations for our play boxes within the scope of what is reasonable, provided that there are no safety concerns regarding the use of the product by children.
Unlike in the film industry (FSK), there are no mandatory official age ratings or age categories for children's books. Age recommendations for children's books are subjective and may vary depending on the individual developmental stage of the child.
We will review the user's order by email, manually confirm the order, and only ship the ordered items after receipt of payment.
Contact initiated by the customer (e.g. via contact forms on our website) constitutes merely a purchase inquiry and pre-order and shall in no way be deemed to constitute a direct conclusion of a contract. The purchase contract shall only be deemed concluded once we have sent a clear written confirmation, invoice, and payment request by email.
What makes our toy rental special: Babies develop individually, and the achievement of developmental milestones may differ from the norm for your baby. However, this is not a problem for us! Simply return the relevant recyclable toys to us together in one package within 3 months after the end of your subscription (i.e. after you have received your final box). This saves shipping routes, effort, and costs. Of course, you can also return your toys to us earlier.
As soon as we have received the toys, we will refund your deposit. Please note: No deposit can be refunded for missing, severely damaged, or toys with missing product packaging.
As the seller, we retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
In the event of payment default, incorrect information provided by the customer, or if an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings has been filed, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Only the purchase price stated on our website is binding. Any prices stated on external websites outside www.paulundlori.de are non-binding.
The purchase price includes statutory VAT.
We offer our users the following payment methods:

Payment via PayPal requires registration at www.paypal.de. PayPal's terms of use shall apply.
We only ship our products within Germany and Austria.
For breaches of obligations that are not directly related to essential contractual obligations, we shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
Should any of the above provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
If both contracting parties are merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, Stuttgart shall be agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
